Short version: yes, but you'll need to do a lot of configuration and
messing around with stuff. First, you'll need to have your domain
configured with a Google Apps account. Next, create an application on App
Engine, and configure it to use Google Apps authentication (here's a
picture of the option to pick: http://imgur.com/yWNc7vH ). Then configure
Google Apps to use AD. The process is a long, but here's a blog post that
