So I am one of the lucky ones who adopted Appengine very early. Now is a quiet period for our (semi-seasonal) business, so I started the migration from MS --> HR. 24 hours later, some questions:
1. In the first (almost) 24 hours, about 86 blobs and maybe 16 entities have copied from one app to the new app. Is this normal??? Since there are about 50 million entities left to copy, at this rate, my business will be deprecated before the migration is completed. 2. The new app says that my email quota is 100 emails. Yes, I have enabled billing on the new app, but have not cleared any charges. Is the idea to wait a month before the new app can start sending emails? 3. Will SSL (VIP) and custom domain settings transfer cleanly? 4. I read somewhere that very old apps might have more issues with migration that newer apps. Since this app was launched maybe 4 months after Appengine launched, this is an old app. Is #1 related to this in any way?
