bump... I'm assuming this is an appropriate question for this forum, because it is specific to Appengine Administration, therefore not allowed in Stack Overflow. It is relevant to anyone who has a VIP SSL and transitions from MS to HR. It does not appear to be specific to my account, therefore should not require premium support. Finally, it is a question that only Google personnel can answer.
To reiterate the question: After migrating to HR, and disabling billing for my original (MS) app, I am no longer being billed for SSL. That is great. But I'd like to have an assurance that SSL will nor be suddenly cut off. Alternately, I'd like to be pointed to the documentation of what should be done in cases like mine.
