Hi,
I use python and django-nonrel.
For me it seems, that unsent mails (limit 100 for free) are the key to this 
problem.
I have set up error mails sent to my google account in django and have 
produced more than 100 error mails.

Deleting the queue and waiting for reset of the quotas fixed it for me...
