The "Hello World" is shown within the demo Android client (you can download it at the above link), not as part of the admin web page. The App Engine application you deployed only passes messages to/from the connected Android clients, it is not intended for users to directly use. An administrator (such as yourself) can configure options at the admin/configure.jsp link.
