If this is a rare occurrence, then you can declare a custom config.yml to tell the bulkloader how to load your entities. See here: http://ikaisays.com/2010/06/10/using-the-bulkloader-with-java-app-engine/ and scroll down to where it says *Bootstrapping the datastore with default Entities*.
