Maybe the f1-micro instance of the Google Compute 
Engine<https://cloud.google.com/pricing/compute-engine>could be used. It has 
600 MB, shared CPU and costs ~14 Dollars/month.

The question is how good the latency is and if the CPU is too limiting...
