I have a similar issue. I started using it with the app id mouseymicesite and the email [email protected]. I've since deleted the email and recreated it, resigned up for Google App Engine, created a new app with id mouseymicewebsite, and now have this same error. mouseymicesite is still running but I can't update it or access it.
