I am going through some very basic Python AppEngine exercises.
I get "ExistenceError: ApplicationError: 100" error when adding the two
lines of code below:

img=f.read()

What does this error mean? I can access this file in the Cloud Storage
Console. And permissions seem to be fine.
Any ideas?
