This is getting really annoying. "Bad deploy days" have been a recurring issue for us (please see https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/google-appengine/qmagtest) I also opened an issue on appengine issue tracker: https://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=9917&thanks=9917&ts=1378228556
Google, please do something about this! Is anybody else having theses problems?
