I honestly don't care if you give us unlimited Google Apps accounts. I only care for App Engine as PaaS and thus our customers. The essential problem is the Google Apps <--> AppEngine dependency. Until that problem is solved, you can throw all the money you want at the problem and it won't be fixed. App Engine should be its own stand-alone product belonging to Google's Cloud platform/suite. Not Google Apps.
