Hi. I've just deployed my go app in appengine a few days ago and tried to use memcache yesterday. In my dev environment, everything works fine, but on the real appengine, memcache.Add() calls always return "memcache: server error". I'm using the shared (free) memcache option. I'm not talking about aggressive purges here: not a single call to add an item to memcache has worked to date.
The appengine health console does not indicate any memcache outage.
