When you say "not able to understand the line" do you mean the line is
giving an error? If so, can you post the error text and if not, can you
explain exactly what part of the line is confusing you?
Somewhere above this code fragment, the code defines the key
*form_instance_key* in the variable *instance*. You'll need to find the
entry and see what it references.
