We had the exact same issue, where all the instances and modules were rebooting every 5 minutes. We also had an issue that their image service api's were down.
That has been fixed, but today we are experiencing HUGE delays when updating an entity. I was used to eventual consistency and 20 seconds delay between instances, but right now it's more than 10 minutes. Completely unreliable. Anyone can advise? It seems that the entire google infrastructure is flaky since yesterday. I hope this is temporary and that they are losing sleep over it, like we all are.
