Hi Vinny, I am, But the notifications there are posted a significant time after the issues start... Moreover most off the time they notify problem X started, problem X resolved and not much more.... It is frustrating to suffer from such issues so many times in such a short period (1 month), it's very hard for small companies and start up like mine to gain the trust and confidence of our clients anyway also without those reliability issues, tomorrow when i'll get calls from them that the service wasn't working properly during the night they won't say "Ahhh, it's app engine to blame... then it's Ok", they don't care... I really like developing my apps on the google cloud platform, I've tried also others before and GAE has many really nice advantages over them, but reliability is not something i can keep compromise much longer...
