I did found an anti-normal config in this thread, min_idle_instances=automatic , max_idle_instances = 2 and pending latency = 7.5 s. My current config is min_idle_instances=1 , max_idle_instances = 1 and pending latency = 3s I will try My current config is min_idle_instances=automatic , max_idle_instances = 1 and pending latency = 3s for some time.
