I'm trying to setup ssl for a custom domain. Billing is enabled and I'm actually being charged for SSL already, but I'm unable to associate the SSL certificate with the domain. When I try to save the changes, all I get is a generic "error 1000" error. I've read on the list that others have experienced the same, so I waited a day to see if that would make any difference, but it doesn't appear to be the case. Also I don't like being billed for stuff I can't use.
