Well, it's gone now. Oddly, it's not a consistent miscalculation. On that day, it ran out of quota just before the reset. On other days, it's several hours before the reset. I live in Asia so the reset is in the middle of the day so I can feel the effect of the quota running out hours before the reset and then the reset fixing things -- N America people may not notice...
