Hi goog_fanboy, I just found this a few days ago. In http://cloud.google.com/console select your project, then select the Settings menu at left. Under Billing, there is a link to your Billing Account, and in the billing account page there is a "Credits" tab, with details about your credit ballance and its expiration date.
