Hi, It seems like one of the changes taking effect this month is that new apps have their billing centralized in Google Cloud Console.
A few hours ago, I went in to create a new GAE app, but haven't been able to enable billing. When I try to, I get an error message saying "Error The project you requested is unavailable.". I suspect that this is because the project isn't yet listed in my Google Cloud Console yet. Is this a normal expected wait time for new GAE apps to appear in Google Cloud Console? It definitely cramps the GAE "get started immediately" style if this several hours wait is the standard going forward, and not kinks in getting a new system rolling.
