The amount visible on the 'Usage History' page is actually correct (showing 0.00 on Blobstore Storage), so it seems to be incorrect on the Dashboard only. Today it somehow changed from 1.5GB to 320MB. I'll ignore the blobstore value on the dashboard for now (maybe it will be fixed when the new layout becomes active).
