If you're fixed on using django-nonrel, there are more detailed instructions here: https://developers.google.com/appengine/articles/django-nonrel But if you're OK with using a SQL database, you can use App Engine and Cloud SQL to directly run django: http://googledevelopers.blogspot.com/2014/02/create-blog-on-app-engine-with-django.html .
