Hi,

I am developing a small Python app on behalf of a client. They need the
data to reside in the EU for regulatory reasons. The $150/month price tag
for Silver support (minimum for a premier account) is not a realistic
commitment at this point, so I hope to be able to deploy in the EU from a
non-premier account. I have filled in the application form a month ago, but
while I wait for a response, I need to understand
  * Whether I filled in the right info.
  * How this works if approved.

The prototype version of the app is deployed from my own account (let's
call this acc-Niels). I gave the info for that account/app in the
application form. I have not activated billing yet, as I was planning to do
that from another account to which I would transfer the app (see below).

I have created an account for the project/client (acc-Client) and can
deploy and activate billing on that when required. My plan was to transfer
the app to acc-Client as part of the intended transfer to an EU data center.

Now, having read the related threads in this group I am not sure whether
"EU-ness" relates to an account or an app. Am I fine just waiting for a
response, or do I need to approach this differently, e.g.
  1. Transfer the app from acc-Niels to acc-Client
  2. Activate billing for the app on acc-Client
  3. Fill out the form again and wait again :-/

Sorry for the long question, but the documentation I was able to find seems
a bit murky.

Best regards,
Niels Christensen
