I tried to look up the records for your domain name; I see that you've set
up the CNAME records properly, but there is no A record.

When you configured the domain through the Google Cloud Console, one of the
steps should have showed you how to point your domain to Google
(essentially, the proper value for the A record). Use your registrar's
admin panel to configure the A record - or better yet, it may be better to
call up your domain registrar and have them configure the setting
themselves.
