This should be quite embarrassing for Google. For months they can't get
simple query tool in Dashboard right.

I am sorry to say this, but I can't really understand what is going on
there.
I have previously mentioned about my experience with it. It let us badly
down many times, buggy, slow when works and unreliable.
But this is really bad, to hear that query update causes data loss, it is
scary to say the least.

I know things take time, but this is simple. If you are struggling,
commission us in a week we will deliver fantastic query tool.
Buy something which already does the job, maybe GAEstudo?
http://www.arcbees.com/#!/products/gae-studio. That is much better than
what we have in Dashboard.

I am not being negative here, it is just I can't comprehend with all the
resources you have and something as important as Dashboard Query Tool, why
it takes so long

Hope this helps,
HG
