Hello. But you'd be wrong. Russia had occupied the Crimea. Sanctions should be applied only to the Crimean region (it's part of Ukraine). But you blocked Ukraine subnets in Kiev region (Sanctions should help Kiev, and not to harm the region :) ). Why? They should not be blocked.
