Hi Daniel! What do you mean by "once in a while"? How frequent is this? Do you have any way to reliably reproduce that issue? We'd be happy to look into it, but we'd need some clear reproduction steps. Once you have that, I would suggest opening this on the issue tracker <https://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/list> as a defect report, with enough information to reliably reproduce. We do monitor that site as well, so no worries for that :).
