Include the full output of the failing command, and use any "verbose" flags, such as "gloud --verbosity debug" or "appcfg.py -v --noisy". This helps to increase the amount of useful information in the output you post Another useful thing to do is to describe whether the issue has occurred for a long time or only for a moment. Sometimes in networking, servers throw errors, and retrying is something both humans and computers need to do in the world of networking. Capturing as much error output as you can tends to help make sure even short-lived issues have a chance of being identified.
