Another option is for them to open a support ticket <http://cloud.google.com/support>. Another option you should look into is contacting Billing Support <https://support.google.com/cloud/contact/cloud_platform_billing>. Finally, the limited advice I *can *give is to look in the Developers Console for your project (insert your app id):
https://console.developers.google.com/project/*<your project id>*/settings Here you can check which billing account is associated with the project (it should be your company's). Other than this, I'll remind that this isn't the right place to look for billing support.
