Hi, I see, it actually makes sense to have something like that if you really use groups from your phone a lot.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any app that does this, and as I said, the App Engine isn't really the place where such an app would be built anyway. In general, I think if you can't find anything called "google groups" on either the playstore of the applestore, then chances are it doesn't exist (yet). Maybe someone else who navigates this forum often can chip in and offer an app, but as far as I know, there's nothing Cheers!
