Hi Venkat, If I remember correctly, when you fill the form, you provide a number for the number of emails you want. I will assume that this is what will be granted?
I don't have visibility over the request you made so I can't tell you when it'll be done unfortunately. In the meantime you could look into using SendGrid if you need more quota now. Cheers!
