Hi aloo! Really good question, I have no clue right now and I'm not even sure the server output IS logged. Looking into the options you can't force where it goes, so if it does exist, it'll be a file that never really changes location (maybe check your user data?).
A way to get this from a different angle might be to make a Feature Request on the maven app engine plugin issue tracker to have a flag to control the output of the async dev server? https://code.google.com/p/appengine-maven-plugin/issues/list is the URL for the Issue Tracker.
