I've developed a mobile backend for my app and I see a few of these
warnings:

I dug a little deeper into the problem and found out that these errors
occur when users from certain countries (e.g. Cuba, Iran, Mauritius) try to
access the App Engine endpoint. Is there any official documentation about
this? What can I do to possibly circumvent the problem and give users in
this region access to my backend endpoints.
