Hi Abishek, This doesn't sound normal. What do you use for deployment? Eclipse itself? Could you try using appcfg.py maybe?
In the meantime, if you could include your app.yaml here, it would be helpful to troubleshoot. Also, make sure that your code is fully saved and recompiled (just to be safe) when you deploy. Cheers!
