I have exactly the same problem. I configured the www domain with a wildcard certificate two months ago. Today I needed to replace the certificate and the link: https://console.developers.google.com/appengine/settings/domains?project=toteatwww Give me a red "Failed to Load" messsage. I'm the owner and administrator of the domain, so I have all the privileges.
