Do you mean that when you inspect the requests sent to the endpoint methods, they don't have the session cookies? Could you share some output you've captured which shows this? There should be users who have integrated Java EE sessions w/ endpoints before, but we'll see how this proceeds, and if you might need to file a Feature Request to get it ironed-out.
