If you manage to capture the issue occurring while recording a HAR of the 
tab's activity <https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/>, you 
could post a Public Issue Tracker 
<https://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/list> issue, request that 
it be set to restricted/private viewing, and then upload once someone from 
Google acknowledges the thread. This will help to get to the bottom of what 
happened, and is a common practice for client-side errors.
