Hello Nikolaj,

It's possible to setup all you've mentioned above on a Google Compute Engine 
<https://cloud.google.com/compute/> instance. 

You'll be able to SSH into the instance(s) created. For security reasons 
it's not possible to directly connect as root. However once connected, 
administrators can run sudo <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sudo> without 
requiring a password. 

You can get started by setting up a LAMP 
<https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/tutorials/setup-lamp> environment 
first.
