Hey Trevor, Thanks for explaining your situation. We take note of the current level of development on the platform and we're aware that there are more apps with a decent amount of production activity than there are support accounts opened.
While the benefits of a support account include high level advice and a relative fast-track for production issues, we do want to make sure that no matter the level of ability to invest in support, you and every other user can get high quality support at least for platform issues, and a healthy ecosystem to discuss and engage with. This is why we make such an effort to constantly improve our documentation, work with third-party and open source tools which are current in the industry, and to maintain a healthy interest in public forums like this one.
