Hello Joshua, Day-by-day billing usage history is not available on the new dashboard. However you can access Cloud Trace <https://cloud.google.com/trace/> or Cloud Monitoring <https://cloud.google.com/monitoring/docs> to analyze usage and performance of your App through the dashboard.
