As it turns out, this isn't quite the right place, but I can direct you to where you should post: You should report any production issues to the Public Issue Tracker <https://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/list> with enough technical information (logs, requests, etc.) to show what's happening and allow us to investigate. Feel free to post there any time, as we monitor it actively.
