As the error message says, install Python. If it's already installed, go to Edit -> Preferences and make sure 'Python Path' is pointing to 'pythonw.exe' where you installed Python.
You can get Python for Windows at https://www.python.org/downloads. You will want to download the 2.7.12 release, not 3.5.2.
