Be sure to attach the label "restrict-view-editissue" if there's private information, so that only Googlers can read the issue. We monitor the Public Issue Tracker very regularly and will act quickly on it. You could also send the HAR file to myself at [email protected], and I could create a Public Issue Tracker thread for you to follow for updates on this issue.
