Hey Demian,

There are many meteor tutorials out there, even some good ones linked from 
the official website, so you should follow those as far as meteor goes, but 
as far as deploying to the Cloud Platform, you should look into either App 
Engine Custom Runtimes 
<https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/flexible/custom-runtimes/> or Compute 
Engine <https://cloud.google.com/compute/> (and Compute Engine's HTTP(S) 
Load Balancer <https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/load-balancing/http/>). 
Both will allow you to create a VM running a meteor server process.
