I don't know of any App Engine-specific job-posting place (much less one even further specific, such as, Java-only), but, have you tried the classic job-posting sites such as the ones listed at https://resources.workable.com/tutorial/best-places-post-jobs ? Out of all the sites listed there, one I would avoid based on personal experience is AngelList: they somehow managed to scrape my large list of Linkedin contacts and have been relentlessly spamming them with mails falsely claiming I'm inviting them (and I haven't been able to get them to stop this deplorable behavior). NOT a symptom of trustworthiness:-(.
