Hey Deepak, SSL and Custom Domains <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/python/console/using-custom-domains-and-ssl> do not require a dedicated IP address. SSL certificates are related to the domain the user wants to access, and are agnostic of the IP of the machine serving the request.
