You'd be looking for G Suite <https://gsuite.google.com> (formerly Google
Apps), and the relevant forum is the G Suite Help Forum
<https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/apps>.

You can use the same Google account email address you have now with your G
Suite account, but you will need to rename your non-business Google account
to something else after you sign up. The accounts stay separate and don't
get merged into one account.

For more help with this, please post a question to the G Suite forum, or
contact the free technical support <https://gsuite.google.com/support/>you
receive when you sign up for a G Suite account.
