https://app.google.stackdriver.com/settings/accounts/billing/resource-usage/ Here they show the amount of resources and the log ingestion GB's. As it appears Stackdriver Premium cannot be activated just for certain resources, but only for all resources running inside a project, it's questionable how running resources are counted? Is this the average amount of resources in a given month? Not that we would need to pay eg. 100 x $8 if at some point in a month we would shortly have 100 App Engine instances running simultaneously.
