The HAR is so sensitive, is there a secure way to provide it?

I've just got the page load successfully, but only once. Not sure what's 
the cause. I have mentioned that I tried many browsers, including Chrome 
with or without extensions (one is ad-blocker, but it doesn't matter), and 
also Edge which I rarely use.
