I got the same problem already discussed with Google Support This morning (UTC) I got this reply:
The issue was due to an incorrect parsing that caused precision loss of the timestamps which in turn is causing the same log entry to show over and over again as a user attempts to scroll the UI in some instances. This has been corrected and it will be released in production during this week.
